1. Daily sweeping of streets, walkways and public parking slots, gathering litter for centralised collection.
2. Clearing organic and inorganic waste from open-air markets, especially after high-volume market days, to prevent public health hazards.
3. Unclogging and clearing silt, debris and plastic waste from open storm-water drains and roadside ditches to keep water flowing freely.
4. Assisting in loading gathered waste onto county refuse trucks and offloading it at designated county dumpsites.
5. Sorting, levelling and managing waste at designated disposal grounds as directed by site supervisors.
6. Participating in periodic community clean-up campaigns, bush clearing along transport corridors, and beautification exercises.
7. Performing any other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.

• Minimum of a KCSE Certificate.
• Ability to read and write in English and Kiswahili is an added advantage.
• Must possess a valid National Identity Card.
